Join the Alaska Afterschool Network for a virtual introductory training on the Youth Program Quality Initiative (YPQI), a researched-based framework that is designed to engage out-of-school-time programs in continuous quality improvement to increase youth’s access to positive development experiences, therefore resulting in better youth outcomes. This session will provide an overview of the YPQI process, including the continuous improvement cycle of assessing, planning, and improving program practices, as well as what participation in the process can look like for your program.
