This 2 day, 6 hour workshop introduces the Program Quality Assessment tools utilized in the Youth Program Quality Initiative. Participants will learn the ins and outs of objective observation and note-taking, and scoring the PQA tool. This training is recommended for programs and staff new to the YPQI process.
